He is survived by his son Bently Strong,his mother and father Roy and Jeanie Garner 7 siblings Ashley(Doug)South,Brittany(Caleb)Webster,Ryan.T(Kaylee)Garner,Chad Garner,Amanda(Chris)Stanley,Zachary Cardenas and Arlo Cardenas stepmother Theresa Grandparents Pete and Inky Garner (Paternal)grandmother Wilma Cardenas grandfather Ernest Bowling. Several aunts,uncles,cousins,nieces and nephews. Several friends and a special friend Heather Beech. He is proceeded in death by (maternal)grandmother Alice M. Smithers,Lonnie Wright (maternal)grandfather,(paternal)grandfather Ted Wellington,uncle Jeff Smithers Sr.,cousin Jeffery Smithers Jr.,grandmother Sharon L Garner,grandmother Teeny Bowling,and great uncle Richard Pemberton. Ryan's nickname was Lyin Ryan. Services will be announced at a later time.
